About me

I am licensed in New Jersey with over 10 years of professional work experience. I help clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, and other mental health issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have taught addictions counseling as an Adjunct Graduate Professor of Psychology. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage. You should be proud of yourself for undertaking this crucial step on your journey to a better, more fulfilling life. My work as a psychotherapist has been been recognized in the 75th Edition of Marquis Who’s Who in America. I am a former president of the New Jersey Mental Health Counselors Association and I am the Ethics Chair of the New Jersey Counseling Association.
