About Jila

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in California with 18 years of clinical practice under my license and over 8 years as an intern, working in variety of settings. I work with diverse clients from all ages, who experience relationship issues, marital problems, family conflicts, career and life challenges, parenting obstacles, depression, anxiety and cultural adjustment. I also work with children, adults and seniors who experienced trauma, neglect and emotional abuse at home or at work. Creating a safe and comfortable place for my clients is very important to me. My style is being sympathetic, non-judgmental and interactive. My approach combines humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as art and music therapy. By focusing on your unique issue, I will come up with a treatment plan to help your needs. By reaching out you show that you’re looking for a more satisfying and content life and that takes courage. I appreciate that and will be here to empower you and to reach that goal. Read more Show less
