About me

Hi! I am really happy you are here. My name is Jessica, and I am an LCSW in Utah and Nevada with 5 years of experience. I have always felt drawn to helping others, and therapy is one way I am able to fulfill that passion. I am here to support you, to see the best in you, and envision the life that you can still create no matter what you’ve been through. My approach to healing is through a strong therapeutic relationship that you can rely on while working through difficult things. I have worked with individuals, families, and in group settings. I specialize in anxiety, self-worth, coping with addiction, interpersonal relationships, abuse, and trauma. My counseling style is friendly, open, and collaborative. I recognize that it is not an easy task to ask for help or to share certain thoughts and feelings with another person. My approach utilizes a combination of different therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s need. I am versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapy, among several other modalities. I believe in helping my clients unlock their fullest potential and discovering their ability to overcome challenges they encounter.
