About Jessica
Hello, my name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio. I have a decade of experience working with adults managing chronic illness and all of the changes that come along with a medical diagnosis as well as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and more. At the heart of my work, I have a passion for helping people make meaningful change in their lives, being a resource and connector to helpful programs and services, and providing useful information in moments of overwhelm. As a social worker (and human living in today's world), I understand that life can present unexpected challenges- and no one needs to go through it alone. I strive to provide a comfortable and calming environment for clients. I am non-judgmental and easy to talk to. I like to incorporate cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and distress tolerance skills into my work. Additionally, I am passionate about empowering my clients to become strong advocates for themselves. My hope is that you feel less alone knowing support is available.
