About me

My Passion… I am passionate about working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma. I believe each person has a unique story to tell and regardless of how difficult things are; they can have hope for a better present and future. Education and Training… I obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Trauma Counseling from Regent University. My studies provided me an opportunity to learn how to integrate faith with best practices in the counseling field. I attended over 100 hours of trauma training through various agencies and the VAT online program. I am a certified EMDR therapist, Consultant-in-training, which has been proven effective for people of all ages and experiences. Experience… My professional experience has been working with individuals of all ages and families as well as facilitating classes. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, from co-parenting, blending families, to abuse and other relationship issues.
