About me

Hello! My name is Jessie and I live in Colorado with my husband of 25 years and my two teenage sons. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression and other mood disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, crisis services, motivation/self-esteem issues. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all counseling. I am eclectic in the treatment modalities I utilize, tailoring my approach to the needs of each individual client. I find that I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing strategies the most. I also use faith-based counseling strategies, when appropriate. I look forward to working with you!
