I am here to provide support and reflective feedback to help you live your most authentic and meaningful life. I believe everyone has a story and that sometimes we need a little help reframing our views on our stories. I have been practicing therapy for over 8 years and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , ART (Accelerated Resolution Trauma Therapy), Solution-Focused, Client-Centered and well as Motivational Interviewing. Currently, I only work with individuals but have experience with families, couples, adolescents as well as groups.
