About me

HI! I am glad you are here and hope that you find what you are looking for. I specialize in helping people like yourself get unstuck. Whether it’s in your relationship, issues within your family or with your children, stress, anxiety, or unresolved trauma, I can help you find practical solutions to relieve your symptoms. I operate from a strength-based, trauma sensitive, solution focused perspective and will help you find individualized, specific strategies to address your immediate concerns. I am an licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio with over 10 years experience providing individual counseling to children and adults. When I am not directly helping others, you will find me teaching at a University or supervising students clinical hours in their Masters in Counseling program. I am the mother of two very active teenage daughters, so I understand the demands of balancing work and life. It is not always easy to seek help and make changes in your life, however, deciding that now is the time to make these changes is always the hardest part and you are now past that. Let’s get started so that you can start leading a more enjoyable, less stressful life. I am committed to your success! I look forward to working with you!
