About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families with a broach range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I have experience working with those struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, loss, isolation, couples conflicts, parenting issues, and various other stressors. I have training in the areas of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical- behavioral approaches, and family systems. I believe in utilizing various approaches to match the individual needs of my clients and families on a case-by-case basis. I view my role as therapist as that of providing education, direction, and support while focusing on my clients strengths and self-determination to help them in their journey.
