About me

I have lived in Nevada since 1996. I am aware of community resources. I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in the State of Nevada. I have a bachelor’s and masters in social work. I then completed my clinical internship working with children diagnosed with (SED) Severe Emotional Disturbance and their families and supportive team. I have counseled children ages 4-18 and their families, attending interdisciplinary and team care coordination meetings. Issues included but were not limited to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, foster care/adoption. I have worked with clients facing imminent immigration and deportation issues. My undergraduate internship was in hospice and a local community resource center. I have worked with the senior and disabled population, providing active listening and resources and connections to supportive services in their communities. I look forward to working with you!
