A little about me: I’m a Marriage Family Therapist in California licensed since 2008. I’ve worked with various populations but mainly with youth and their families focusing on parenting skills, relationships, addictions, and trauma issues to name a few. Therapeutically, I draw upon different counseling modalities (such as cognitive behavioral techniques and Bowenian family systems) while addressing you, the client, as a whole being- not solely the presenting situation and/or problem.
