I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in the state of California with 19 years of professional work experience. hold a masters degree in marital and family therapy and art therapy. I have experience working in a variety of different therapeutic settings helping clients manage anxiety, sadness, trauma ,fear and stress, working individually and in group settings to build upon and teach new coping strategies and self management skills to improve upon their daily life routines, that address short term behavioral goals, and longer term objectives improving upon their ability to experience life stage changes and unresolved issues that have complicated daily routines and symptomatic behaviors undermining such things as motivation, self esteem, confidence, interpersonal communication skills, interpersonal skills and relationships within work place setting, families, interpersonal intimate and social supportive relationships that can contribute to impasses . personal boundary setting, and functional abilities necessary to navigating complexities of real world circumstances that present sometimes contributing to difficulties establishing and maintaining effective desired changes in targeted behavioral health to improve upon understanding and and one’s ability to address presenting problems, life stage challenges both present in real world and online circles that can overlap areas of one’s life contributing additional stresses that can be managed with new and developing therapeutic approaches, support of a professional provider that has understanding and expertise to help further inform and assist you in this journey in productively to establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with measurable goal oriented strategies balancing individual presentations of different symptomatic and behavioral conditions , overlapping with other areas of psychological processes inclusive of individuals experiences in culturally diverse communities and lifestyle informed by one’s own uniquely different story and historical perspective .
