I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California with over 11 years of experience working with children, families and individuals. Based on the individual’s needs and where they are at, I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy to develop skills to help my client move through the situation at hand.
