About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 11+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with all ages and intellectual capacities with individual, couples, families and group therapy. I have experience working but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders (Bipolar disorder), ADHD, relationships and communication, LGBTQ, trauma, OCD, psychosis (hallucinations, paranoia and delusions) and personality disorders. I specialize in life changes with children moving into adolescence and adulthood, career changes, relationships changes and moving from a career to retirement and parenting to empty nesting. My therapeutic approach is open and non-judgmental and includes but is not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe it is important to focus on a person’s strengths and current abilities to draw a personalized therapeutic approach based on their wants and desires for therapy.
