I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio with over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, families and couples treating a number of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety and stress, life transitions, and relationship/family concerns, major life stressors, relationship issues, phases of life issues, community violence, domestic violence and healing from trauma and codependency. I have a plethora of experience treating substance use disorders, including relapse prevention, treatment diagnosis/education and working with the families on psychoeducation and mending relationships. I use a strengths-based approach with a focus on overall wellness using cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution focused techniques and schema therapy techniques to encourage, empower and collaborate with clients to regain resiliency and work together towards positive change.
