I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging seasons. Since entering the field in 2017, I have worked with clients across the lifespan, particularly children, adolescents, and young adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect for each individual’s unique story and goals. Specializing in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, sleep-related concerns, and depression, I bring clarity and structure to complex emotional experiences. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to empower clients in reshaping unhelpful patterns and building resilience. My clinical work is guided by the belief that growth and healing are possible in every season of life. As a military spouse, I bring both professional and personal insight to the challenges faced by service members and their families. I have spent the past two years working directly with active duty and reserve personnel in the Marine Corps and Navy, offering culturally competent care that honors the unique demands of military life. My experience in this area has deepened her understanding of transitions, identity, and trauma in high-stress environments. I meet clients with compassion and practical strategies. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard and capable of moving forward.
