Hi, I am Janis. Thank you for having the courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. For 32 years I have been a licensed psychotherapist. My life experience includes being a wife, a teacher and a mother and grandmother. I love being able to listen. Clients I have served are those who have experienced stress and anxiety, depression and problems with lack of confidence and motivation, self defeating behaviors and coping with trauma and life changes.
