About Janel

Do you feel overwhelmed with trying to be everything to everyone? You do feel like you're not enough? That you're unworthy? Unloveable? You're not alone, and together we can uncover the roots of patterns, that probably developed out of protection, and help you heal and live your life more authentically. Therapy should be one of the few places where you don't have to pretend you're okay. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement as you navigate your healing journey. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate anxiety and depression, work through relationship challenges, and find their way through life's difficult seasons. I have a special passion for working with people who struggle with low self-worth, people-pleasing, codependency, perfectionism, and feeling like they've lost themselves while trying to take care of everyone else.
