Jane Sullivan

Hi there! Whether something distressing has recently happened in your life, or you are struggling with a more chronic and ongoing issue, I am here to support you. I have been an outpatient therapist for over 12 years, and I absolutely love what I do. Below is a little bit about me, and I how I can help you. My name is Jane and I earned my Masters in Social Work from Boston College in 2012. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families and seniors. I have also run therapy groups, provided psychiatric evaluations for those in crisis, held my own private practice, and have been a clinical supervisor at a community mental health clinic. I have treated individuals with a wide range of struggles, but I am most commonly referred clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, family conflicts or stressful life changes. I have been told I am down-to-earth, very understanding, and completely non-judgmental. Please do not feel as though there is something you cannot bring up with me for fear of judgement. I don’t think there is anything you can throw my way that would scare me away. I understand that with life comes tough times, and one should never have to plow though the difficult parts alone. I can be available to talk through any stressors you are going through and offer unbiased insight, or, I can certainly just be an ear for you to vent to. I like to offer my “toolkit” of skills that individuals can turn to when they just can’t manage their emotions healthily. I’m so glad you reached out because asking for help is never easy.
