About Jamie

I am licensed in California. My professional work experience started in May 2014. I provide integrative, person-centered therapy tailored to each client rather than following a single model. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, motivational, solution-focused, experiential, narrative, psychodynamic, family-systems, existential, humanistic, strengths-based, positive-psychology, and trauma-informed approaches. When spirituality is important to a client, I welcome it into therapy within the context of that person’s own beliefs without promoting a particular tradition. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Together, we identify existing strengths, better understand patterns affecting well-being, develop useful coping skills, and work toward meaningful, achievable change. Read more Show less
