About Jami

It is my goal to provide a safe, non-judgmental, explorative space for my clients to feel empowered in their journey of self-discovery and healing. I believe in meeting people where they are at, working from a strengths-based approach, and developing treatment plans that are collaborative and attainable. Whether you have chronic mental health issues, past traumatic experiences that you are grappling with, or facing major life transitions, I believe that all people have the capacity to change and find coping strategies that enhance their overall well-being. I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families touched by various traumatic experiences. I am passionate about helping adolescents who struggle managing big feelings or need extra help to figure out where they belong. I have experience working with parents overcoming challenging behaviors in the home. From experience, I know taking the first steps in asking for help can be scary and intimidating. I believe that we are all in this together and my goal as a mental health practitioner is to help empower my clients to take real steps forward in creating a life of contentment and peace. I look forward to helping! Read more Show less
