I am licensed in Florida with 8 years of professional work experience as an LMHC, with another 9 years of prior experience working within the mental health field. I enjoy uncomplicating the counseling process. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & depression as well as coping with life changes.
