About me

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I’m excited to work with individuals who are interested in discovering more about themselves and their relationships. These discoveries can be used to bring positive changes in the lives of those who are finding new ways to manage today’s issues and build strategies for a healthy future. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship issues, pre-marital, trust issues, infidelity, parent/child issues, life transitions, self esteem issues, and communication issues. In the past I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient settings, in secondary schools, and with child welfare involvement. I know that it can be difficult to reach out for help, and it takes a lot of courage to do so. I would encourage you to be courageous, and take that important step toward a more healthy future.
