I have worked with individuals with disabling conditions including developmental disabilities. I specialize in helping individuals (and their loved ones), who are facing a life altering diagnosis and helping them with finding tools to navigate their “new normal.” Additionally, I have used CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with individuals and groups to help improve self-esteem, minimize and replace negative self-talk, and to improve relationships with others in personal and professional settings. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
