About me

Hello! I’m Jackie and I’ve been in the field 23 years in which I’ve been working 17 years as a Licensed Therapist. I have worked with individuals in individual, group, couples settings in both outpatient counseling and drug/alcohol treatment centers. I have extensive knowledge in the field and have primarily been working with individuals 18 and over since 2011. I’m a very Person-Centered therapist in giving a lot of attention and active listening to your concerns and treatment plan goals. I integrate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy interventions into your sessions as need. I am looking forward to helping my clients start their own Mind, Body, Spiritual Healing Journeys to live healthier and happier lives. Welcome!
