About Jacqueline

I'm a licensed therapist in Indiana dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complex emotions that arise through life's challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion and healing. I create a welcoming, affirming space where you can explore your experiences without judgment-whether you're working through past trauma, building self-esteem, managing panic or social anxiety, or finding your way through grief and loss. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients achieve higher self-care and coping skills and with building their self-efficacy to help build a healthy foundation that will be helpful for years to come. I specialize in supporting young adults, women's issues, relationship challenges, and multicultural concerns. I also have experience working with trauma survivors, including those healing from sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as individuals navigating gender identity, attachment wounds, and family-of-origin work. My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you with genuine care and support. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey. Read more Show less
