About Jackie
Hi, I’m Jackie, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I’m passionate about helping people feel heard, understood, and supported through the challenges they are experiencing. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings. My experience includes individual therapy, crisis intervention, mental health assessments, treatment planning, substance-use counseling, case management, and helping clients and families connect with resources and additional support. I’ve worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral challenges, life transitions, substance-use concerns, and other mental health difficulties. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, listen, provide support, and help you identify the tools and strategies that can move you toward the life you want. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life change, working through relationship or family challenges, coping with difficult emotions, or simply need someone to talk to, you don’t have to go through it alone.
