About Jack

I am licensed in Colorado with 23 years of professional work experience in mental health which includes online and in-person settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I can help you reduce your stress, anxiety, anger and depression as well as provide alternatives to harming yourself or others by teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. I work with my clients so they can tell me how they want their sessions to go. Whether you want to just vent about your problems or are interested in learning more coping skills, I want to make you feel comfortable when discussing issues that are important to you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Read more Show less
