About Isabella

About Me Hi, I’m Isabella. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported - especially those who often feel overlooked or misunderstood. That’s what led me to become a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed professional counselor, addiction specialist, and certified school counselor. For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of working with individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges - whether it’s healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, facing substance abuse, or finding their way through life transitions. My work is especially close to my heart when I serve monolingual Spanish-speaking clients, immigrant families, and others who face cultural or systemic barriers to care. In my practice, I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Narrative Therapy. We’ll work together to gently examine thought patterns that may be holding you back, while also exploring the personal stories that shape how you see yourself and your experiences. My goal is to help you rewrite those stories into ones of strength, healing, and hope. I work with people at many stages of life: • Teens navigating identity, friendships, school, and family relationships. • Young adults facing independence, careers, relationships, and emotional growth. • Parents and adults dealing with parenting, grief, life transitions, or rediscovering themselves. I believe that healing happens when you feel safe, respected, and empowered. My role is to walk beside you, offering compassion, support, and practical tools as you take steps toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk with you. Read more Show less
