About Hope

I am licensed in Minnesota with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with and then thrive within a broad range of mental health issues. My approach is strength based. I help those coping with grief and loss, as we navigate together the spiritual questions that so often arise. I help clients build the skills they need to find resilience in the midst of life’s changes. I also work with individuals dealing with the general stresses of life, anything from lingering dissatisfaction and restless discontent to those coping with anxiety and depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Read more Show less
