About me

Educated, understanding, and experienced. I am an empathic and versatile clinician. I went into counseling to share my knowledge so others too can rise to their potential. I offer client centered therapy to meet you where YOU are. You can expect a person who listens. You can expect a professionaI. I studied Clinical Psychology at Tufts University in Boston and received my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Connecticut. My experience includes 19 years in hospital and outpatient social work with ages 18 and above, in a variety of areas such as depression, anxiety and panic, grief, trauma, coping with medical issues, geriatrics, caretaking, career and lifespan issues, divorce, and single parenting. I am licensed in Washington State, Utah, Maine, and Massachusetts. I enjoy the seasons, gardening, cooking, and rescuing dogs.
