I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Work and obtained my Masters Degree in clinical Social Work with a focus in Mental Health. I have over 9 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families from various backgrounds and have worked in a range of therapeutic settings: in home, school, residential and outpatient. As a mental health therapist, I experience deep gratitude in building relationships and feel honored to walk alongside others in their journey towards self growth and healing. I tailor individual treatment planning to meet unique and specific needs and describe my therapeutic style as gentle, compassionate and eclectic. I utilize a variety of evidence based practices and treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma informed care and solution focused therapy. My areas of focus include stress and anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, motivation, self esteem and confidence.
