About Holly
I am licensed in Kansas with 6 years of professional work experience. I have helped clients with stress, anxiety, LGBTQ+ related issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, depression, concentration, memory, and much more. I have an eclectic approach with a strong Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) leaning. I do my best to adapt my methods to each client's individual needs and style. I view my clients with an unconditional, positive regard. I strive to meet my clients where they are at while also encouraging growth at their pace. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. This includes welcoming clients with a "come as you are" attitude.
