About Heidi

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience working with individuals and families involved with foster care and the child welfare system, including collaboration with Child Protective Services, Tribal Social Services, and Adoptive and Foster Families. I understand the unique challenges that can accompany placement changes, family separation, attachment disruptions, grief and complex trauma. I strive to meet each individual where they are, building trust at their pace while using trauma-informed approaches. My goal is to help individuals develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and build greater confidence and emotional resilience. Read more Show less
