About Heidi
Welcome to BetterHelp! You have just made an important step. My name is Heidi Herrick-Lynn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey since 2015. Prior to moving to New Jersey, I was a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1995. I have over 25 years of counseling experience and have worked with clients who have sought treatment for a variety of reasons. My approach is very client-centered and I most often utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) , Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
