About Hector

I am licensed in California, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, Utah and Virginia with 9 years of professional work experience. I’m a husband and father, my work as a therapist is deeply shaped by both my family life and my upbringing as the son of Salvadoran immigrants. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, & depression. I specialize in supporting men-especially new fathers-who are navigating mental health challenges. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion. My therapeutic approach is Solution-Focused, which helps people identify their desired outcome and the practical steps to achieve that outcome. I'm also experienced in other evidenced-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. That being said, I will tailor our session's to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Read more Show less
