About Haley

Hi there, I'm Haley! Over the past ten years, I have supported adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigate and develop the tools and confidence to tackle life’s hardships, such as trauma, divorce, major life changes, and other challenges that arise. This also includes symptoms of mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and acute stress. I want you to know that you are not alone on this journey. Together, we can develop a plan to get you back on track and work through some of the things that may be getting in the way of you having a happier and healthier life. During our time together, I will utilize a handful of different therapeutic and evidence-based practices that include Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused, Humanistic, Integrative, Mindfulness-Based, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapies. My values in therapy consist of an empathic, collaborative, and integrity-driven approach. My top priority is providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing, to work side by side with my clients, building a partnership that allows them to take charge of their healing journey, and I'm committed to providing therapy that delivers real, sustainable results.
