About Ginna

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Florida with proficiency in providing counseling to clients of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, loss and separation, relationship issues, parenting problems, caregiving conflicts, and issues with work/home balance. I am primarily a cognitive therapist who works with clients to identify and correct thinking styles that interfere with achievement of personal goals. I approach each client with dignity and respect and strive to develop a positive therapeutic alliance in which I partner with clients to achieve their desired clinical success. I check messages mid-morning and mid-afternoon seven days a week, so you will hear back from me the day of your initial contact, or the very next day, at the latest. I look forward to hearing from you and discussing how we can work together to achieve your personal goals. Please remember that BetterHelp is not appropriate if you are in crisis or in immediate need of assistance. In crisis situations, please call 911 or your local emergency services. You can also call 988 to talk to someone right away. Read more Show less
