About Ginger

I am licensed in Alabama with over 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Additionally, I have experience working with severe depression, to include those who may be experiencing some suicidal thoughts and/or ideation. I understand that life has "seasons" and sometimes we need someone to help us through the tougher seasons of life. I feel that all humans are capable of positive change and can re-frame negative thoughts to be those of empowerment and strength! I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Read more Show less
