About me

Hello, due to today’s state and federal recommendations, I am offering tele-therapy services. Life sometimes presents with challenges and obstacles that seem impossible to get through. One may often times feel alone and that there’s nowhere to turn; but there truly is. I look at the whole individual and their experience as unique and focus on helping the person reveal their true self; the person they always wanted to be. My therapeutic approach focuses on engaging each individual through healing that’s empowering and specific. As a therapist, I believe healing and growth happens through self-awareness and it’s my mission to help you find that inner strength, see life clearer and to be more confident to face life’s challenges. Whether it’s relationship struggles, anxiety and depression, family conflict, inner conflict, trauma or transitions; I would like to walk with you through your journey and help you attain the outcomes and resolutions you desire.
