The reflection you see in the mirror no longer looks like the person you once knew. Even worst, It’s getting harder and harder to force the smiles and your body is riddled with overwhelming emotions that never seem to quiet. In a world obsessed with appearing perfect, carrying such a load only intensifies the loneliness. Does this sound like you? Fortunately, there is a place where perfection, or the appearance of such, is not welcomed. That place is my office. As a therapist, I base my work around the simple (yet difficult) concept that everyone is worthy of unconditional love and acceptance. I will utilize this principle in conjunction with my experience and training to assist you in welcoming all of life, the good, the bad and the unfiltered. I truly believe that the healing process begins and ends with the therapeutic relationship. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are to ensure the best possible outcome.
