About Gary

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Substance Abuse Counselor in Wisconsin with 21 plus years of professional work experience. I enjoy helping clients to better understand their stress, reduce anxiety, cope with impulsive behaviors / addictions, identify trust issues within their relationships, build motivation, increase self esteem, enhance communication skills and develop confidence building. Experienced in working with depression, anticipatory anxiety and mood disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and you won't have to do this alone. I am here to help support you in that process. It feels so uncomfortable to be vulnerable with another human being. Trust takes courage to build, one step at a time, one day at a time. An ancient Sufi philosopher Rumi, once wrote, "Be with those who help your being." Think about it, then turn the page. I encourage you to write the next chapter of your life, spiritually speaking. The choice is yours! Read more Show less
