About Gabrielle

Hi, I’m Gabrielle I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale, be yourself, and feel truly heard. Life can be overwhelming. Sometimes we’re carrying stress from work, relationships, family, past experiences, or simply trying to figure out what comes next. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. You also don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward the life you want. As a therapist, I work with adults, couples, and families. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized because I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. However I do use CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-focused Therapy, and Mindful Techniques in my practice. I want my clients to feel comfortable being honest with me-even when the conversation is difficult. I’m not here to judge you or tell you how you “should” feel. Instead, I’ll work alongside you to better understand your experiences, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, build healthier coping skills, and help you reconnect with yourself. I also believe that the relationship between therapist and client matters. You deserve a therapist who listens, remembers the little things, celebrates your progress, and can sit with you during the moments that feel heavy. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. A little about me outside of therapy When I’m not working with clients, I’m a dog mom, an avid reader, a baseball fan (especially the New York Yankees!), a movie lover, and someone who genuinely enjoys cooking. I’m also rarely without an iced coffee nearby! I share this because I believe therapy is about connecting with a real person. I’m a person too-with my own interests, experiences, busy days, and moments where I’ve had to remind myself to slow down and give myself grace. You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply know that something needs to change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You’ve already taken an important step by being here. We can take the next one together. I look forward to getting to know you. Read more Show less
