I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and Texas with 20 years of experience. My first career choice was as a Special Education Teacher for sixteen years. My Counseling focus is with Adults , 35+, experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, being a spouse/child of individual with a Personality Disorder, specific to Narcissism. You will be provided a safe and compassionate space. Guidance will be provided utilizing CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, Strength Based and Solution Focused approaches. You will be encouraged to achieve success though counseling while acquiring skills and strategies for meeting life's challenges.
