About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, with 9 years of experience working with a wide range of concerns. I have helped people experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress, self-esteem and motivation. I have experience working in emergency room settings, completing psychiatric triage, working in high acuity psychiatric units, and working with higher levels of care on an outpatient basis. I have also supported clients in processing issues through group setting as well. Taking the first step to seek therapy takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process. We will tailor our sessions to best fit your needs as I believe every human is different, and as a therapist, there is no one-size fits all model. I hope to help empower you in this new journey!
