About Faizah

Hi, My name is Faizah Nasser, I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in the field for 9 years now. I received my Master’s Degree at Wayne State University. I have worked with a wide variety of populations and in different settings. I have worked in an outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital, and schools providing individual and group therapy. I have experience with working with individuals with ADHD, Anxiety/stress, and Depression, and Parenting Skills. I usually take a client centered therapeutic approach, taking a client centered approach helps focus on the client and offer subtle guidance and encouragement to take control of your destiny. I believe that seeking help takes a lot of courage and is a step in the right direction. Therapy should be viewed as a positive approach to self care and promote emotional wellness. I would love to work with you to feel confident in your ability to tackle the challenges of everyday life you are facing. I look forward to working with you! Read more Show less
