About me

My name is Eva Lewis Supel and I use an eclectic treatment approach which can embrace people from all backgrounds. The one approach I do believe is appropriate for all is the Person Centered approach. You can never go wrong focusing on the person and tailoring treatment to the individual. My life experience affords me a practical approach not every therapist can experience from the classroom. I specialize in trauma and substance abuse. I work with adults, young adults, teens, and couples.
