About me

The stigma surrounding mental health has lessened in recent years, but it is still very much present in our society. As a counselor, I feel very strongly about helping my clients come to love and accept themselves, flaws included. My passion lies with empowering them to improve and maintain their mental health through the use of therapeutic tools and realistic goal setting. I mix Person-Centered, Reality, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies, but I tailor my approach to my client’s needs. Because I know that finding a therapist you feel you can connect with in your immediate area can be difficult, I also offer video counseling. If you are struggling with mental health concerns and don’t know how to get to where you want to be, I can help you find your starting point. Together we can decide on goals that are meaningful to you and figure out the best way to reach them.
