About me

Hi there and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have over 15 years of experience working in MH and SA. I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Alabama in 2005 and Substance Abuse Certification program from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2006. I use a combination of Family Systems Theory, Experiential Therapy, HumanisticTherapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients achieve their goals and work towards their ultimate potential. I meet clients where they are with no judgment. Let’s face it, life’s hard. Sometimes we need help to cope with daily life stressors or major life changes.
