I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the mental health field for 18 years. I feel comfortable working with clients who are struggling with a wide range of issues including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, life transitions, etc. I utilize a client-centered approach in my therapy, working hard to create a non-judgemental and supportive environment.
